How booking works
- Find a stay by place, dates or just plain words — “quiet place near Kasol under ₹1,200”.
- Pay only the advance (usually 25%) online, plus a small payment charge (2.5% of the advance).
- Get the exact address, host’s phone and UPI ID once your booking is confirmed.
- Pay the balance to your host at check-in — by UPI or cash.

अपना होमस्टे जोड़ें — मुफ़्त।
- 0% commission now. You get the full advance; the guest pays the payment charge. If we ever start a fee, it will be at most 5% and you will get at least 60 days’ notice.
- Founding Host offer. Join in our first year: 0% for your first 12 months, then 3% for life — never more.
- Your own link, 0% forever. Every host gets a share link and QR code. Bookings that come through your own link never pay commission.
- Advances are paid out to your bank by our payment partner. You collect the balance directly from your guest.
Get started in the app (Host tab), or email info@pranivenspan.com and one of our people will visit, take photos and set it up with you.
