Delete your Apnaa Deraa account

Apnaa Deraa is run by Praniv Enspan Pvt Ltd. You can delete your account and personal data at any time, in either of these ways:

In the app

1. Open the Apnaa Deraa app and log in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You are logged out straight away.

By email (no app needed)

Email info@pranivenspan.com with the subject “Delete my Apnaa Deraa account”, from the email address or phone number you sign in with. We may reply to confirm it is really you.

What we delete, and what we keep

• Deleted within 30 days: your name, phone number, email, Google sign-in link, app notification token, host profile, UPI ID, listings and their photos and voice notes.
• Kept, without your name or contact details: records of paid bookings (dates, amounts, GST and refunds), because GST and accounting law requires us to keep them, usually for 8 years. Bank details for payouts are held by our payment company, Razorpay, under its own retention rules.

If you have a confirmed upcoming booking, we finish or cancel it first (with the normal refund rules), then delete the account.
